ICT is a part of our people

The key to ICT is not the machines but the people. We put our staff first. In our opinion an attitude of “let’s quickly complete an evaluation form” every year is inadequate. We opt for a continuous growth process where we focus strongly on people's development, both in terms of their soft skills and of their technical skills.

Competence centre

DataFlow developed a competence centre that provides differentiated training programmes for all its staff members. There are a number of standard trajectories in which DataFlow specialises but, as an innovative company, we keep on top of the market and of new technologies. We offer a number of in-house training courses, including VMware, Cisco, Drupal, ITIL, Windows 7, Microsoft Active Directory, Citrix, .NET, Java, etc..

Community

To increase interaction and participation between all our staff members, we set up a “Community Platform”. All consultants can keep up-to-date with the latest developments in their field in an informal context. A number of groups that deal with certain technical topics and interests, such as Drupal, Sharepoint, Service Desk, Network & Security, Java, .NET, System Engineering, PHP, Project Management, etc. are established within the Community.
